We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. You will be in charge for the costs incurred while returning the item. We kindly suggest you to use a tracked service and send us a proof of postage as unfortunately we wont be able to take any responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit

To return an item to Deux Lapins, please contact our team via email at [email protected] Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return. A member of our Customer Care team will reply back with the return label or commercial invoice.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 7-14 working days.

You need a different size or pattern or product please contact our Customer Care team via email at [email protected] with your order number and the item/s you would like to change. Please note, exchanges are only possible for customers living within the UK.

We do! We can send your order in one of our beautiful recycled muslin envelope shaped packaging with a hand written message for £2.00 or if you’d like to get a gift box, you can easily select it from our gift wrapping service section. Gift box from the Buy gift category or on the product page. You can add any number of boxes to your order by ticking the I want box.
All cards can either pay with credit card or bank transfer. We also do accept PayPal payments too. Each transaction is safe and secure on our website which is explained in Security and Privacy Section

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL (256 byte encoded) security protocol allows your credit card information to be encoded and directly sent to the bank, and during this procedure it is impossible this information to be reached. Under no circumstances other parties can see your credit card details. It cannot be recorded on our database.   

Produced using ONLY 100% cotton and natural materials and sparse weaving technique; breathable, soft and fast drying, especially for baby care, swaddling, top cover, drying, etc. It is a type of cover, fabric used for.
Muslins are life savers and they are super multifunctional, you can have multiple uses. From the moment your baby is born, you can use it as a cover and a blanket, a swaddle for wrapping, a bath wrap after bathing and the sea, or a stroller blanket when you go out.
Our products should be washed in the cotton washing setting of the washing machine and at maximum 40°C.
Muslin fabric is 100% cotton woven fabric. Like all cotton fabrics, it is natural that it becomes cotton after first washing and using. Deux Lapins aims to offer the most natural form of cotton to its customers. For this reason, no additional cotton-retardant treatment is applied in Deux Lapins muslins and cottoning is expected from the first wash.

SUSTAINABILITY AND ETHICS

As, Deux Lapins we are craving to improve our processes to become as eco-friendly and sustainable as feasible. Same products are made from Organic cotton purchased from GOTS certified suppliers. Our products made of OEKO TEX certificated fabrics and dyes.

We print patterns with dyes that are natural and water based with no nasty chemicals.

We are so proud to say that we use our new innovation which is 100% cotton and recyclable muslin envelopes when packing your order. You can treat them as gift wrapping materials. The cargo packaging materials we use are made of polyethylene material and are not harmful to nature. Polyethylene material is 100% recyclable in nature.

ORDER AND SHIPPING

A fixed shipping cost for the whole of UK will be reflected in your shopping cart. Our shipping fee for the whole UK is £3.95 inclusive of VAT. Free shipping on purchases of £60 or more. To find out more about UK and international delivery please see our Return and Exchange.
You will receive an email confirming your order and another with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t find these in your inbox after placing an order, please check your spam/JUNK folder. At the moment we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Business days). During busy periods (Christmas or during fair) this will be longer.
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If it hasn’t yet been dispatched this won’t be a problem. If it has been dispatched then unfortunately this will not be possible and our basic returns and exchange policy applies.
